Transparent pricing for mobile notary services

Numbers below communicate intent — every fee must be validated against Georgia statutory caps, insurer guidelines, and competitive benchmarks before going live on PeNotary.com.

REQUIRES VERIFICATION — Georgia statutory & insurer review

Confirm SCCCA notarial fee caps, SOS apostille fee schedules, bond disclosures, and lender-specific quoting rules before publishing or quoting customers. This staging build intentionally mirrors locked strategy ranges — not legal advice.

Base notary & travel philosophy

Standard window (7:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily) combines a transparent statutory fee of $2.00 per notarial act plus a flat travel tier. Emergency coverage after 9:00 PM applies 50% to the combined base + travel subtotal, with a $50 minimum surcharge — values mirror Sanity Site Settings when the CMS is configured.

Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day follow the same emergency rule — communicate clearly before accepting holiday bookings.

Pricing FAQs

Have a question before booking? See pricing FAQs or contact us for a custom quote.

Does the statutory notary fee cover travel?
Georgia caps the notarial act separately from travel or convenience fees — every dollar amount on this page must be confirmed against current SCCCA guidance before publishing.
How is emergency pricing calculated?
Outside standard 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM hours (and on listed holidays), we apply the documented percentage on base + travel with the stated minimum surcharge floor.
Can title companies net-30 invoice?
Yes — net-30 invoicing opens after three successfully completed appointments so accounting teams stay predictable.
What payments do you accept?
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Stripe card processing for consumers; established partners may move to invoicing once relationship thresholds are met.
