Transparent pricing for mobile notary services
Published fees cover the $2.00 per notarial act statutory fee and travel tiers starting at $25. Facility premiums, after-hours coverage, and same-day urgent requests are quoted before your appointment.
Base notary & travel philosophy
Standard window (7:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily) combines a transparent statutory fee of $2.00 per notarial act plus a flat travel tier. After-hours, weekend, holiday, and same-day urgent appointments carry a flat surcharge quoted before your appointment.
Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day follow the same quoted-surcharge rule — we confirm fees before accepting holiday bookings.

Pricing FAQs
Have a question before booking? See pricing FAQs or contact us for a custom quote.
- Does the statutory notary fee cover travel?
- No. Georgia caps the notarial act at $2.00 per notarial act under O.C.G.A. § 45-17-11. PeNotary quotes travel and convenience fees separately and discloses both in writing before your appointment.
- How is after-hours or urgent pricing handled?
- After-hours, weekend, holiday, and same-day urgent appointments carry a flat surcharge that is quoted before your appointment. Published pricing on this page is limited to the $2.00 per notarial act statutory fee plus travel starting at $25.
- Do you offer real estate closings or loan signings?
- No. Georgia is an attorney-state — PeNotary does not conduct real estate closings, loan signings, or title-company closing work. We support attorney-directed mobile notary appointments for non-closing documents.
- Can law firms or business clients net-30 invoice?
- Yes — net-30 invoicing opens for law offices and business clients after three successfully completed appointments.
- What payments do you accept?
- cash, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal at signing; Booking confirmation email includes a $25 appointment deposit and payment instructions. Established partners may move to invoicing once relationship thresholds are met.
