Agreement
By using penotary.com or booking a mobile notary appointment with PeNotary LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.
Services offered
PeNotary provides Georgia mobile notary services: identity verification, acknowledgments, jurats, and related notarial certificates within statutory scope. We serve individuals, businesses, and law firms across our published service radius.
PeNotary does not act as closing counsel, explain loan terms, or perform real property closings. Attorney-directed appointments occur only under supervision of licensed Georgia counsel.
Fees & payment
Statutory notarial act fees and mobile/travel fees are quoted separately before work begins. See our pricing & fee disclosure and pricing page. Payment is due as agreed at booking unless a written net-30 arrangement applies to established business partners.
Appointments & cancellations
You agree to provide accurate contact information, secure access instructions, and valid government-issued photo ID for every signer. Cancellations within two hours of a confirmed mobile appointment may incur a travel fee at our discretion. No-shows may be charged the quoted travel minimum.
Limitation of liability
PeNotary performs notarial acts according to Georgia law. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the appointment giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: contact PeNotary.
